TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter of the 3M The Open Incentive is BLOC SERVICES GROUP, Hart Shaw Building, Sheffield Business Park, Europa Link S9 1XU, Company Registration number: IP29061R, VAT Number 746033151.
2. The Incentive will run from 1st April – 31st May 2026 (“the Promotional Period”). The duration of the Incentive may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter.
3. The BLOC SERVICES GROUP 3M The Open Incentive runs for a period of 2 months from 1st April – 31st May 2026 for BLOC SERVICES GROUP Shareholder members only. The monthly winning participant will be the four BLOC SERVICES GROUP member that achieves the best performance across the full 3M Brands from VOW Wholesale during the promotional period. Performance will be determined by a blend of £ increase and % increase compared to the prior year. The winners must be a shareholder member, not serving any notice period with BLOC SERVICES GROUP at the time of winning and their BLOC SERVICES GROUP account have no outstanding overdue invoices.
4. The incentive and its prizes are offered at the discretion of BLOC SERVICES GROUP. BLOC SERVICES GROUP is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any failure to follow the incentive terms and conditions, any abuse of the incentive, any conduct detrimental to the interests of BLOC SERVICES GROUP, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to BLOC SERVICES GROUP may result in the termination of his or her participation, the cancellation of prizes awarded.
5. The Promoter shall attempt to contact the winner immediately when the member is calculated as a winner, should the member be unreachable, the member will forfeit the prize. The Prize shall be forfeited to another member based on the same terms and conditions.
6. The Prize is not transferable, and the member may not substitute the prize for cash.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize until it is entirely satisfied that the claimant of the Prize is the bona fide winner and reserves the right to call for such proof as it may deem necessary.
8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be valid.
9. BLOC SERVICES GROUP reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
10. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
